As a Sales Strategy & Business Development professional, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute export sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets in international markets. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities in untapped regions while also enhancing the company's presence in existing markets. Market research is a key aspect of your role, involving the evaluation of customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape across various countries. In the realm of Customer Relationship Management, you will establish and nurture enduring relationships with key international clients, distributors, and partners. Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction will also fall under your purview. Additionally, you will be expected to address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Your duties in Market Expansion & Export Compliance will entail exploring new potential export markets, understanding legal regulations, tariffs, and documentation pertinent to international sales. It will be crucial to guarantee compliance with export regulations and customs laws in target countries, collaborating closely with logistics and supply chain teams to facilitate efficient and cost-effective product delivery to international markets. Sales Reporting & Forecasting will demand your expertise in preparing regular sales reports and forecasts encompassing sales performance, pipeline analysis, and market insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations will be essential to align export sales efforts with the company's overarching goals. Furthermore, mentoring junior sales staff to bolster the export sales team may be required. In the realm of Contract Negotiation & Pricing, you will be responsible for negotiating export contracts and pricing with international customers and distributors, ensuring favorable terms for the company. It will be imperative to align pricing strategies with market trends while upholding profitability. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (a master's degree is advantageous). - Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales or international business development, preferably in the FMCG Food industry. - Profound knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and export documentation. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
