Role Overview: You will be joining Regio Foods, a leading manufacturer and exporter of frozen foods from Kollam, that is currently expanding its production capacity with a new factory in the works. As the Export Head, you will play a vital role in spearheading the company's global growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and establish relationships with reliable export clients in new international markets. - Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's export portfolio. - Represent Regio Foods at international trade fairs and exhibitions, as well as organize participation in world trade shows. - Collaborate with production and management teams to align export growth with upcoming factory expansion. - Ensure compliance with export regulations, contracts, and international trade standards. - Travel internationally as necessary to meet clients, attend exhibitions, and explore new opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in export management/business development, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector. - Strong network and experience in international trade and client acquisition. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently, build trust, and deliver results. - Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad as business demands.
