Regio Foods is a fast-growing food manufacturing and export company producing authentic South Asian bakery and ready-to-eat products for markets such as the UK and Europe.

We are expanding our production team and looking for skilled Porotta Masters to join our Kerala factory.

About the Work / ജോലിയെക്കുറിച്ച് / काम के बारे में

At Regio Foods, we make both machine-made and hand-made porotta varieties to meet customer preferences.

• Some Porotta Masters handle the entire process by hand — from mixing and rolling to layering and frying.
• Others work with semi-automatic machines, where porottas are rolled and pressed by machine and fried manually to achieve perfect texture.
• Each Porotta Master is assigned to a variety based on skill and experience.

ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഫാക്ടറിയിൽ കൈകൊണ്ടും മെഷീനിലൂടെയും ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന പൊറോട്ട വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്. പരിചയവും കഴിവും അനുസരിച്ച് മാസ്റ്റർമാർക്ക് വിവിധ ജോലികൾ നൽകും.
हमारी फैक्ट्री में हाथ से और मशीन से दोनों तरह के परोटा बनाए जाते हैं। कर्मचारियों को उनकी कुशलता और अनुभव के अनुसार सेक्शन दिया जाएगा।

Key Responsibilities / പ്രധാന ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങൾ / मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ

• Prepare soft, layered porottas (hand or machine process).
• Maintain hygiene, quality and consistency.
• Assist with mixing, rolling, layering, frying and packing.
• Operate porotta-making machines (training provided).
• Support packing and dispatch teams when required.

ദിവസേന പൊറോട്ട തയ്യാറാക്കുക, ഗുണനിലവാരം ഉറപ്പാക്കുക, മിക്സിങ്, റോളിങ്, ഫ്രൈ ചെയ്യൽ, പാക്കിംഗ് എന്നിവയിൽ സഹായിക്കുക.
प्रतिदिन परोटा तैयार करना, गुणवत्ता बनाए रखना और पैकिंग में सहायता करना।

Requirements / യോഗ്യതകൾ / आवश्यकताएँ

• Experience as a Porotta Master in hotel, bakery or factory.
• Skilled in making soft, multi-layer porottas by hand or machine.
• Physically fit and hard-working.
• Punctual, honest and team-oriented.

ഹോട്ടലിലോ ഫാക്ടറിയിലോ പൊറോട്ട തയ്യാറാക്കൽ പരിചയം വേണം. സത്യസന്ധവും ടീമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കാനും കഴിവുണ്ടാകണം.
होटल या फैक्ट्री में परोटा बनाने का अनुभव जरूरी है। मेहनती और समयनिष्ठ होना चाहिए।
