Production Supervisor

Regio Foods is a growing food manufacturing and export company producing premium Keralan Frozen and specialty products for international markets including the UK and Europe. We take pride in our commitment to quality, consistency, and authentic taste.

We’re expanding our production team and looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, ensure quality standards, and lead a motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality across all processes.
• Allocate manpower efficiently and manage shift schedules.
• Monitor production lines to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and export quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate production workers.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a food, bakery, or FMCG environment.
• Good understanding of GMP, food safety, and quality control systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle production pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / ERP preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
