Export Manager

Regio Foods, a leading manufacturer and exporter of frozen foods from Kollam, is expanding its horizons. With a strong reputation for handmade and automated product lines, we are now planning significant production capacity expansion with a new factory in the works.

We are seeking an ambitious and well-experienced Export Head to spearhead our global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with reliable, trustworthy export clients across new international markets.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s export portfolio.
• Represent Regio Foods at international trade fairs and exhibitions; organize and manage participation in world trade shows.
• Liaise with production and management teams to align export growth with upcoming factory expansion.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, contracts, and international trade standards.
• Travel internationally as required to meet clients, attend exhibitions, and explore new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in export management/business development, ideally in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
• Strong network and experience in international trade and client acquisition.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, build trust, and deliver results.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad as business requires.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,373.08 - ₹75,685.92 per month
