As an Export Head at Regio Foods, a leading manufacturer and exporter of frozen foods based in Kollam, you will play a crucial role in spearheading our global growth strategy. With our strong reputation for both handmade and automated product lines, we are now looking to significantly expand our production capacity with a new factory on the horizon. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and establish relationships with reliable export clients in new international markets. - Develop and execute strategies to expand our export portfolio. - Represent Regio Foods at international trade fairs and exhibitions, and manage participation in world trade shows. - Collaborate with production and management teams to align export growth with upcoming factory expansion. - Ensure compliance with export regulations, contracts, and international trade standards. - Travel internationally as necessary to meet clients, attend exhibitions, and explore new opportunities. Requirements: - Proven track record in export management or business development, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector. - Strong network and experience in international trade and client acquisition. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently, build trust, and deliver results. - Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad as business requires.
