As a Porotta Master at our Trivandrum branches, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious porottas. Your role includes the following key responsibilities: - Preparing and cooking porottas to perfection - Ensuring quality and consistency in every porotta made - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen To qualify for this position, you need to meet the following qualifications: - Previous experience working with porottas is preferred - Willingness to work full-time, including weekends - Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala If you are passionate about making authentic porottas and are looking for a full-time, permanent position, we would love to hear from you.
