ob Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh and soft Kerala-style porottas in bulk with consistency.
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness during food preparation.
  • Maintain speed and efficiency during peak hours.
  • Assist in kitchen duties when required.
  • Follow restaurant recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
  • Maintain proper storage and handling of raw materials.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Porotta Master or Tandoor/Paratha Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of dough preparation, kneading, and porotta making.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to food safety and hygiene.
