Job Description

Job Title: Export Manager / Manager- International Business Development

Company: Bajaj Processpack Limited

Location: Bajaj Towers, 136, Block B, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in African and other international markets for solar pumps and processing equipment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, clients, and government agencies.

Conduct market research to understand demand, competition, and pricing strategies.

Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization with international customers.

Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.

Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events.

Work closely with internal teams (production, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Monitor and analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in export sales/business development in Africa or other international markets.

Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in solar pumps, water solutions, or industrial machinery is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or other foreign languages is an added advantage.
