Key Roles and Responsibilities

New Business Development
: Lead a team of sales executives to derive and expand the company sales in Food Processing and Packaging Machinery sector across India.
Marketing Strategy
: Develop and maintain go-to-Market strategies to generate leads, explore new areas and sectors for application, and ensure a stable and consistent sales funnel.
Industry Expertise
: Leverage industry knowledge in
Food/Dairy/Oil/ Beverage
and related sectors to identify potential customers and recommend solutions.
Sales Process and Systems
: Demonstrate strong understanding and follow process and systems to monitor and systemise the sales lead process.
Travel and Networking
: Engage and lead the sales Team to connect and enable business across India to meet potential clients and expand market presence.
Collaboration
: Coordinate with influencers, c to provide accurate and timely proposals, ensuring client requirements are met effectively.
