Are you an experienced procurement professional with a sharp eye for quality and cost efficiency? TPF Bharat Private Limited, a leading name in rice and flour milling, is looking for a Senior Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of packaging materials, consumables, and other indirect goods for our FMCG operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure packaging materials, office supplies, and non-commodity items.

• Source and evaluate vendors; negotiate pricing, delivery, and quality terms.

• Maintain purchase records and monitor supplier performance.

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to align procurement with operations.

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement and audit standards.

• Track inventory levels and initiate timely purchase orders.

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience in the FMCG sector.

• Proficient in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

• Age: 30+ years preferred.
