Job Description

As a Procurement Manager in our company, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes for both commodity and non-commodity items. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end procurement processes for both commodity and non-commodity items. - Negotiating contracts and prices with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure quality. - Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations. - Monitoring market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement regulations. - Collaborating with internal teams like production, finance, and quality assurance to meet business needs. - Preparing procurement reports and maintaining accurate purchase records. - Leading and mentoring junior procurement staff. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase management within the FMCG industry. - Candidates with experience in procurement of FMCG products, including agri-based raw materials such as paddy, rice, etc., will be preferred. - Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. - Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems is a plus. - Bachelors degree from a recognised University.,
