Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities from screening to joining

- Conduct reference checks and prepare employment documentation

- Manage smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires

Employee Engagement & Support:

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns

- Organize employee engagement activities and events

- Support the Property Manager in maintaining team morale and discipline

Training & Development Coordination:

- Schedule and track employee training programs

- Maintain records of learning and development initiatives

- Coordinate with trainers and department heads for skill-building sessions

Administrative & Compliance Support:

- Maintain employee files and HR documentation

- Track attendance, leave, and overtime for payroll input

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory obligations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the hospitality sector

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software

Preferred Qualities:

- Friendly and empathetic demeanor

- Discreet and professional approach to sensitive information

- Adaptable to remote island work settings

- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
