Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
  • Conduct background verification and reference checks.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment through employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee grievances and act as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Promote team-building initiatives and organize employee welfare programs.

3. Performance Management

  • Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Assist managers in setting clear performance goals and KPIs.
  • Track employee performance and recommend training or development plans.
  • Ensure fair and transparent evaluation processes.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs through performance reviews and skill gap analyses.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

5. Payroll & HR Operations

  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and leave management.
  • Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Oversee attendance management, shift schedules, and overtime records.
  • Handle employee confirmations, promotions, and transfers.

6. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation for audits.
  • Implement and update HR policies as per company requirements.
  • Manage statutory filings like PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other HR compliances.

7. Exit Formalities

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
  • Manage full & final settlements, clearance formalities, and experience letters.
  • Ensure proper knowledge transfer before employee exit.

8. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare HR MIS reports on recruitment, attendance, attrition, and other HR metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data analytics.
  • Support management with workforce planning and forecasting.

9. Strategic Support

  • Support HR Manager/Head in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Participate in organizational planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Drive culture-building and employee retention strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.13 per month
