Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting general HR operations including onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and assisting in HR policies and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Use job portals, social media, and internal databases to find suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers.

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Handle documentation like offer letters, appointment letters, and background verification.
  • Support payroll inputs and attendance management (in coordination with accounts or admin teams).
  • Ensure timely renewals of contracts and probation reviews.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office space (if applicable).
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, interviews, and company events.
  • Maintain inventory records and office asset tracking.
  • Assist with travel bookings and accommodation arrangements for staff or guests.
  • Handle basic documentation and filing for HR and admin processes.
  • Support coordination between departments as needed.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Assist in organizing team activities, celebrations, and internal events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and issues.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee feedback collection.

Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies in line with company values and legal compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software/tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
