Role Overview We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our customised frame production unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, manage timelines, and coordinate with the sales team to deliver customer orders efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the production team (cutting, mounting, framing, and finishing staff). Ensure all customised frames are produced as per client requirements and quality standards. Allocate tasks, plan daily schedules, and monitor workflow to meet delivery deadlines. Maintain inventory of raw materials (frames, glass, mount boards, tools, hardware, etc.) and coordinate with the procurement team for requirements. Train and guide production staff to improve efficiency and craftsmanship. Implement quality control checks at each stage of production. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline within the production unit. Coordinate closely with sales & showroom teams for smooth order execution. Identify process improvements to enhance speed, reduce waste, and control costs.
