Account Executive

As we expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and manage a wide range of financial and compliance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including sales and purchase entries
• Perform accurate bank reconciliations on a timely basis
• Manage GST filings – GSTR-1, GSTR-2B and input reconciliation
• Calculate and manage TDS workings and filings
• Process vendor payments and maintain clear vendor ledgers
• Manage import documentation for international purchases
• Ensure timely bill payouts to suppliers and service providers
• Handle shipping documents and related accounting entries
• Process and manage foreign remittances
• Maintain and reconcile eCommerce bills (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Create and manage sales invoices and related accounting records
• Ensure all records are compliant with statutory regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and foreign transactions
• Experience in eCommerce accounting is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
