About Us We are a fast-growing service-based agency specializing in hotel room reservations, sales development (offline & online travel agencies), digital marketing, SEO, social media, content creation, and branding solutions for boutique and luxury hotels & resorts across Rajasthan and beyond. We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our continuous hiring process across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring End-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. Build a strong talent pipeline for reservations, sales, SEO, social media, content, and design teams. Conduct onboarding and induction for new joiners. Assist in designing and administering test papers/assessments for freshers. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, probation confirmations, exit formalities). Coordinate payroll inputs with Accounts (leave, attendance, overtime). Prepare and update HR policies (leave policy, referral bonus, buddy program, etc.). Employee Engagement & Development Conduct induction sessions and ensure smooth integration of new employees. Plan team engagement activities and recognition programs. Support in performance management and appraisal processes. Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and queries. Reporting & Coordination Prepare weekly HR dashboards: hiring status, attrition, attendance, probation reviews. Coordinate across departments (Reservations, Sales, SEO, Social Media, Content, Accounts, Admin). Collaborate with management to align HR processes with business needs. Desired Skill Sets Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Outlook). Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle confidential data with integrity. Analytical mindset to track HR data (attrition, leave utilization, hiring TAT). Process-oriented and comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced agency setup. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations & recruitment (freshers may also apply). Prior exposure to service industry / hospitality / digital marketing agencies preferred. What We Offer Hands-on learning with multi-department exposure.
