Job Responsibilities of a Reservations Executive are as below 1. Managing the hotel room reservations on e-commerce platforms like MakeMyTrip, GoIbibo etc. 2. Managing hotel room inventory and rates on e-commerce platforms using software. 3. Managing the hotel room reservations enquiries of direct guests over the call, mail and WhatsApp. 4. Managing the hotel room reservations enquiries of agents over the call, mail and WhatsApp. 5. Ensuring the payment receiving in hotel bank account from the direct guest or agent. 6. Timely information sharing about reservations and payments with operations and front office team over the mail. 7. Collecting the guests feedback over the calls and getting the same updated by guests on online platforms. 8. Responding to guest reviews on online platforms. This job is target based job.
