Job Description

HR cum Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, payroll, induction, and employee welfare programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, and Gratuity.
  • Oversee attendance, employee records, security, and housekeeping.
  • Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary procedures, and statutory audits.
  • Liaise with labour, factory, and statutory authorities.
  • Drive manpower planning, performance management, and HR reporting.
  • Maintain effective communication between management and factory teams.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labour Welfare, or Industrial Relations (MBA HR / MSW preferred).
  • 5 - 10 years experience in HR & Administration within FMCG / Food & Beverages / Manufacturing.
  • Strong MS Office, Excel, and HR systems knowledge.
  • Must be a non-smoker and non-tobacco user.
