Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll & Taxation personnel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations and statutory compliance for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Indian payroll laws, tax regulations, and the ability to manage high volumes with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual TDS returns.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Handle employee queries related to payroll & taxation
Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Know how of Traces and related revised return filings

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
4 to 6 years of experience in payroll and taxation, preferably in a consulting or multi-client environment.
In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll systems and statutory compliance
Proficiency in HRMS (preferably GreytHR & Spine)
Familiarity with TRACES and GSTN portals
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
