Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic HR cum Administrator to oversee end-to-end HR operations and factory administration at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, statutory compliance knowledge, and experience managing 250+ employees. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, payroll, induction, and employee welfare programs. Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, and Gratuity. Oversee attendance, employee records, security, and housekeeping. Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary procedures, and statutory audits. Liaise with labour, factory, and statutory authorities. Drive manpower planning, performance management, and HR reporting. Maintain effective communication between management and factory teams. Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labour Welfare, or Industrial Relations (MBA HR / MSW preferred). 5 - 10 years experience in HR & Administration within FMCG / Food & Beverages / Manufacturing. Strong MS Office, Excel, and HR systems knowledge. Must be a non-smoker and non-tobacco user.
