Min Experience: 2 yearsLocation: BengaluruJobType: full-timeAs an HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in managing the employee lifecycle and fostering a positive, engaging, and productive work environment. You will leverage your expertise to provide guidance and support to employees and managers, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, proven experience in managing HR functions, and a passion for contributing to a thriving organizational culture.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Design, implement, and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assess training needs, implement learning programs, and track effectiveness.
  • Generate HR reports and provide data-driven insights for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Assist with documentation, policy formulation, and policy revisions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with a Master's in HR.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience.
  • Experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, induction & orientation, background verification (BGV), insurance, and other HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and presentations.
