Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and managers to improve employee productivity and retention.
  • Manage headcount across multiple locations.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and counseling initiatives.
  • Conduct skip-level meetings and one-on-one discussions.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage attendance and leave systems.
  • Coordinate induction and new hire orientation programs.
  • Act as an escalation point for unresolved employee relation issues.
  • Organize R&R events and celebrate key organizational days.
