Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders and managers to improve employee productivity and retention.
Manage headcount across multiple locations.
Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and counseling initiatives.
Conduct skip-level meetings and one-on-one discussions.
Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Manage attendance and leave systems.
Coordinate induction and new hire orientation programs.
Act as an escalation point for unresolved employee relation issues.
Organize R&R events and celebrate key organizational days.
