-  partner closely with our business leaders across Region India to support Lead HRBP
-  counsel the business and support in developing our human capital strategy (people management, reward, succession planning and strategic hiring)
-  lead and collaborate on building capability and workforce strategies that will improve business performance
-  provide qualitative and quantitative HR information in order to guide and influence decisions
-  contribute to key strategic initiatives and ongoing projects within the wider HRBP team, including the ongoing people-related impacts of the UBS-Credit Suisse integration
-  handle any people-related risk issues
 
Your team
Working closely alongside other Lead HRBP India & other HR Business Partners you’ll be responsible for providing strategic HR advice to designated business group(s) in India. You will be part of a global HRBP team, collaborating together and with other experts in HR. We're problem solvers for the business, supporting and challenging each other to reach the right outcome. You’ll play an important role in working closely with the business to recruit and develop individual talent, as well as foster UBS's collaborative, respectful and performance-oriented culture. This role will allow you to build networks across a culturally diverse organization and participate in global projects.
