Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, credible, and trusted partnerships with business leaders by developing effective ongoing relationships.
• Execute people initiatives while driving HR functional excellence and continuous process improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and employee-friendly culture through regular employee engagement touchpoints such as 1:1s, skip-level meetings, focus group discussions, rewards & recognition programs, stay interviews, etc.
• Organize events and activities that strengthen a “people-first” culture and improve employee engagement.
• Connect with new joiners to ensure smooth assimilation into the organization.
• Design and implement initiatives to boost morale, enhance workplace relationships, and improve productivity and retention.
• Manage the complete exit process, conduct exit interviews, focus on retention efforts, and ensure a smooth offboarding experience.
• Provide guidance to managers on complex HR matters, including disciplinary issues and employee grievances.
• Lead Employee Satisfaction Survey action planning and execution.
• Effectively implement “HR Pulse” initiatives across the employee lifecycle in collaboration with HR COEs.
• Ensure employee delight at every lifecycle touchpoint, with timely follow-up and closure of concerns.
• Drive Early Warning System (EWS) processes to retain key talent and control attrition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 4+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
