Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders in driving people strategy, talent development, and employee engagement. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
Drive talent management, learning, and career development initiatives.
Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.
5–8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in HRBP role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and talent management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
