Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people, culture, and organizational matters.Drive change management initiatives, employee engagement, learning & development and talent development initiatives.Ensure effective stakeholder management across functions.Lead and support learning & development, performance management, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.Use data-driven insights and strong analytical skills to shape HR decisions.Promote a culture of growth mindset, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

MBA in HR or equivalent master’s degree.8–12 years of proven HRBP experienceThe organization embraces a hybrid work model, offering flexibility in the working environment.
