About the Role:

Manager, People Business Partner

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic HR :

  Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies that support GSC growth.

• Employee Relations & Engagement:

  Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Mediate conflicts, facilitate resolutions, and proactively develop strategies to mitigate attrition. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Talent Management:

  Oversee the performance appraisal process and lead the annual compensation review. Partner with our T&D team to implement career development and succession plans. Lead the deployment of our Rewards & Recognition framework.

• Training & Development:

  Collaborate with GSC leaders and the L&D Center of Excellence to define and implement effective learning and development plans. Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

• Culture & Operations:

  Act as a liaison between the GSC team and various HR COEs. Drive a customer-centric and collaborative organizational culture. Periodically review and make corrective measures to optimize company systems and structures.

Qualifications :

• Education:

  An MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.

• Skills:

  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to challenge the status quo, think critically, and solve problems. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in dashboards and reporting.
