HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will be supporting specific Business Units within the organization by establishing and driving HR programs, talent initiatives, and implementing policies and procedures. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Act as a Change Management agent, supporting organizational/cultural changes. - Utilize critical/analytical thinking to act as an Advisor, seeking information to inform decisions and resolve problems. - Execute tactical and strategic HR functions and processes. - Provide guidance to business unit managers and develop strategies/recommendations to improve associate engagement satisfaction. - Develop reports and dashboards on key HR metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
