The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with cloud services growth objectives. This role partners with IT, sales, and delivery teams to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Lead employee relations, performance coaching, and succession planning to support high-retention in Noida operations.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement scores) and provide data-driven insights for cloud delivery teams.
- Facilitate change management during tech migrations, upskilling programs, and hybrid work models.
- Partner on compensation reviews, DEI initiatives, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry trends, cloud technologies, and tools like Workday/SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and analytical skills; SHRM-CP/SPHR certified preferred.
