Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible to manage end-to-end HR activities for the business units, the incumbent is aligned to
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Facilitates skip meetings/ AHMs/ any other communication forums
  • Partners/ facilitates with business on important initiatives like performance appraisals, promotions, salary revisions, etc.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum Experience of 10 years
  • Relevant experience into HRBP
  • End to End Employee Life Cycle Management
  • Location- Baner, Pune
