HR Business Partner

You will be responsible for managing Appraisal increments, Promotion increments, and Salary Restructuring. Additionally, you will conduct Induction for new joinees and provide inputs for formalizing HR processes and policies, ensuring successful implementation. Your role will involve Job analysis, Competency mapping, and formulating Job Descriptions, as well as issuing Confirmation Letters and facilitating Disciplinary actions. Furthermore, you will be involved in HR policies updation, Employee Relations, and conducting Open House sessions with agents to address their concerns promptly. Daily floor visits will be conducted to follow up on any employee-related queries, issues, and concerns. You will also play a key role in communicating HR policies and processes to employees and informing them about the Accelerated Growth Programme and Hippo programme. Your responsibilities will include conducting focus groups and meetings with employees to understand their concerns, as well as providing assistance in organizing get-togethers, picnics, parties, etc. Process Improvements and adherence to information security policy will be crucial aspects of your role.
