About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals for our International B2C Sales team. This is a hardcore sales process, focusing on direct sales rather than upselling. Key Responsibilities: Engage with international clients to pitch and sell products or services effectively. Build rapport and address customer queries to drive successful sales conversions. Achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets. Maintain a high standard of communication to represent the company professionally. Adhere to shift timings and company policies. Requirements: Experience: Must have prior experience in international B2C hardcore sales. (Upselling experience is not relevant for this role.) Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English are mandatory—no compromises. Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (Monday to Friday), including day and night shifts. Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred. What We Offer: Salary: Up to ₹43,000 per month (based on experience and performance). Work Schedule: Fixed week-offs on Saturday and Sunday.
