Job Description

Eligibility : Education: Graduate or HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) Experience: Minimum of 6 months in B2B sales, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales experience Salary : Up to ₹43,000 (in hand) + Incentives Shift : 24/5 shift (Monday to Friday) Week Off : Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday) Job Responsibilities : Identify and generate qualified leads through B2B sales activities. Engage with potential clients, assess their business needs, and promote relevant services or products. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers. Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls for the sales team with qualified leads. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure lead quality and conversion. Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets and KPI metrics. Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and client interactions using CRM systems. Requirements : Strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and ability to engage with business stakeholders. Experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
