Talent Acquisition (Bulk Recruiter) Location:Bhayandar Experience: 6 months to 2 years Working Days: 6 days a week Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Industry Type: Recruitment / Staffing / BPO / RPO Share CV at sharmeen.shaikh@epicentertechnology.com or 8080980786 Key Responsibilities:  Manage end-to-end bulk hiring processes for various client requirements.  Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).  Build and maintain a strong network of vendors and manage vendor performance to ensure timely closures.  Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.  Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.  Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and dashboards.  Meet hiring targets and ensure adherence to SLAs. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, with hands-on experience in bulk hiring.  Proven expertise in vendor coordination and management.  Strong sourcing skills using multiple job portals and networking tools.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.  Willingness to work a 1 PM to 10 PM shift from the Bhayandar offic Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift UK shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Experience: Bulk recruitment : 1 year (Required) International Hiring: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Bhayandar, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
