Role Overview: We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process at Stenger . In this role, you will interact with global customers, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient communication. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information Maintain customer satisfaction with timely and professional communication Update call logs and follow up where necessary Collaborate with team members to improve service quality Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO voice process Strong verbal communication skills in English Ability to handle customer interactions calmly and professionally Good listening and problem-solving skills Flexible and adaptive to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 per month Performance Bonus: ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday Why Join Us?
