HR Business Partner

You will be joining the Hamstech Group of Companies as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), playing a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive organizational success. As an HRBP, your responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of HR professionals to foster a high-performance culture and ensure team development. - Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the HR team, assigning responsibilities, and managing workloads. - Partnering with business units to identify talent needs and contributing to the recruitment and selection process. - Driving talent management initiatives such as succession planning, career development, and performance management. - Acting as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and resolving complex issues. - Proactively addressing workplace conflicts and employee concerns to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment. - Providing training and support to HR team members on Keka platform functionalities. - Leading and supporting organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement. - Guiding leadership and employees through transitions and managing resistance to change. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Masters degree in MBA. - Proven experience as an HRBP with a minimum of 6-7 years of progressive HR experience. - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Keka HR software. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.,
