Key Responsibilities:

• Skip level with employees: - To discuss the issues faced by the employees both within and outside the team. The outcome of the meeting will be analyzed, and feedback will be provided with the Ops Manager and after which it would be discussed with the Ops Senior Delivery Manager
• Employee one to one discussion: - Discussion with individual employees on their grievance both within the team and outside the team and the issues will be discussed with the team manager and Ops Senior Delivery Manager.
• Employees Grievance and Queries addressed to HR will be solved and the status needs to be conveyed to the employees in a stipulated timeframe.
• Also record instances and send report to concerned authorities.
• Conduct individual counseling session for employees who have been issued with Performance improvement Plan (PIP) and Warning letter. Post Counseling follow-up is done on the performance of the employee.
• Employee Engagement: Organizing regular fun session for individual team assigned.
• Active participation in organizing and hosting the monthly and quarterly
• Reward & Recognition event. Observing and celebrating important days
• Employee Staff Retention and Counselling
• Implement Employee Retention Programs
• Coordinate induction and new hire orientation
• Be an escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues
• Drive the Employee Referral Program (Refer And Win)
• HR Weekly / MIS reports
