Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with HR software and systems, including recruitment tools and performance management platforms.
