Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented

HR Associate

to join our growing team. While the role will provide exposure to various HR functions, the

primary focus will be Talent Acquisition

. The ideal candidate should be passionate about finding top talent, creating a great candidate experience, and contributing to a dynamic HR function in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary - 70%)

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (tech/non-tech).
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule interviews with the relevant teams.
  • Coordinate interview feedback, manage communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in employer branding efforts, campus hiring, and career fairs when needed.
  • Generate hiring reports and recruitment dashboards.

HR Operations & Support (30%)

  • Assist with onboarding activities – documentation, background verification, orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
  • Support HR initiatives like employee engagement, recognition programs, surveys, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and templates.
  • Address day-to-day HR queries from employees regarding policies and processes.
  • Contribute to projects related to performance management, learning and development, and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office / Google Workspace and HR tools (ATS, HRMS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for people and strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for BPO/KPO, IT, or remote-first organizations.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and basic reporting.
  • Exposure to onboarding tools or HRIS systems like Keka, Zoho People, Darwinbox, etc.
