HR Associate

As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions within the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, which involves tasks such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. - Contributing creative ideas for employee engagement activities and actively participating in their execution. - Supporting the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, MIS, and documentation. - Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless HR operations. - Utilizing MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for data analysis, attendance tracking, and reporting. - Assisting in drafting job descriptions, posting them on job portals, and maintaining applicant records. - Efficiently handling multiple HR tasks and meeting deadlines. - Providing assistance in onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
