Job Title: Production Merchandiser – Uniforms Location: Ghaziabad (NCR) Department: Merchandising / Production Overview: The position of Production Merchandiser – Uniforms is an essential role within a leading uniform manufacturing company, designed for an individual who will manage key client accounts and ensure efficient coordination between clients and vendors. The job primarily focuses on uniform apparel, including formal wear, industrial uniforms, and safety workwear. As a Production Merchandiser, the main responsibility is to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding and addressing their needs while ensuring timely and effective service delivery. The role requires overseeing the complete order lifecycle- from development to delivery- while coordinating with production teams and vendors to maintain quality and timelines. The position requires 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, particularly in uniforms, apparel, or related industries. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential. Key Account Management: Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring their requirements are accurately understood and delivered on time. Vendor & Production Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and in-house production teams to ensure quality manufacturing and timely order execution. Order Management: Oversee client orders from sampling to bulk production, ensuring accuracy, adherence to specifications, and on-time delivery. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their uniform needs and provide customized solutions. Sales & Inventory Support: Assist in forecasting demand and ensuring stock availability where required. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality teams to ensure products meet company, client, and industry standards. Qualifications: Experience in merchandising, production coordination, and vendor management in the uniforms, apparel, or textile industry. Graduate or Diploma holder in Textiles, Apparel, Fashion, or related field. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to travel for client and vendor visits as needed.
