Production Merchandiser

As a Production Merchandiser for a leading uniform manufacturing company, your role is crucial in managing key client accounts and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and vendors. You will primarily focus on various types of uniform apparel, including formal wear, industrial uniforms, and safety workwear. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for key clients, accurately understanding and delivering their requirements on time. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and in-house production teams to ensure quality manufacturing and timely order execution. - Oversee client orders from sampling to bulk production, ensuring accuracy, adherence to specifications, and on-time delivery. - Collaborate with clients to understand their uniform needs and offer customized solutions. - Support sales and inventory by forecasting demand and ensuring stock availability. - Ensure product quality meets company, client, and industry standards by working closely with quality teams. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in merchandising, production coordination, and vendor management within the uniforms, apparel, or textile industry. - Graduate or Diploma holder in Textiles, Apparel, Fashion, or related field. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Willingness to travel for client and vendor visits as necessary.
