HR Associate

As an HR Associate at our company in Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Gurugram, specializing in B2B Textiles, Commercial Apparel, Work Wear, and Uniforms, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks: - Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes across departments - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases - Plan and execute employee engagement and training activities - Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies - Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives - Assist in performance management and employee development programs - Handle employee queries and provide HR operational support Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory If you are passionate about Recruitment & Hiring, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and have excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, this role is perfect for you.
