As a Sales Business Partnering HRBP at Welspun World, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end employee life cycle by executing all HR processes from hiring to retiring. You will act as a strategic partner with business stakeholders to achieve business goals, working closely with the HR head to design HR strategies aligned with identified business goals. Your role will involve implementing and supporting various HR programs, processes, and policies to meet business objectives. Additionally, you will serve as the interface between the head of HR and the business, leading all change management initiatives on the HR front. Your duties will include providing guidance and direction on people issues to Business Line Leaders, establishing action plans that focus on delivering solutions, adding value, and mitigating risks. Conducting focus groups to address employee concerns, promoting HR systems, and driving talent retention efforts will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for driving attrition discussions with the business and facilitating reversals to ensure attrition levels are within targets. In terms of budgeting, you will support the preparation of the annual HR budget, including manpower and operational costs. Tracking actual expenses, reporting variances quarterly, and finalizing staffing requirements in collaboration with department heads will be part of your responsibilities. Employee life cycle management and query handling will also be a key aspect of your role. You will plan and execute onboarding and induction activities for new employees, run confirmation actions, and collaborate with management to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention. Providing end-to-end HR support, including organizational development, employee relations, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and success planning activities, will be essential to drive employee satisfaction and growth. Employee engagement and connect initiatives will be under your purview, involving facilitating engagement processes across locations, driving leadership interactions, and managing the quarterly Rewards & Recognition program. You will also be responsible for updating organizational charts, creating and updating job descriptions, maintaining awareness of business unit cultures, and providing HR policy guidance and interpretation. Ensuring data maintenance of new employees in HRIS platforms, updating employee records in real-time, and maintaining high levels of budgetary control, attritional control, data accuracy, and completion in HRIS platforms will be critical to your success in this role. Your interactions will involve cross-functional collaboration, and your competency in entrepreneurship, business and commercial acumen, global mindset, and people excellence will be key to excelling in this position at Welspun World.,
