Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with knowledge of paid advertising on social media platforms and a basic understanding of offline marketing activities . The ideal candidate can be a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience who is passionate about branding, digital visibility, and customer engagement through both online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing (Paid Ads) Assist in creating and running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. Monitor ad performance, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions. Optimize campaigns based on insights and data analytics. Assist in content planning for ads: banners, videos, captions. Stay updated on latest trends and ad tools in digital platforms. Offline Marketing Support in planning and executing offline campaigns such as pamphlet distribution, hoardings, in-store branding, and local events. Coordinate with vendors for print media, banners, and local advertising materials. Collect feedback from the field and help in improving campaign strategies. Participate in marketing activities like roadshows, exhibitions, or local tie-ups. Qualifications: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BSc, BA, etc.) – Marketing specialization is a plus Certification in digital marketing (optional but preferred) Skills & Competencies: Basic knowledge of social media ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) Good communication and coordination skills Creativity and willingness to learn Understanding of local/offline marketing methods MS Excel and basic computer skills Team player with a proactive attitude Experience: Freshers welcome (training will be provided) 0–2 years of experience in digital or field marketing preferred Working Hours: 6 Days a Week Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
