Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Marketing Intern to join our team on-site in Noida, with a strong focus on social media management and content distribution. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where the intern will manage posting, scheduling, and distribution of content across multiple digital platforms.

The intern will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent content flow, timely publishing, and smooth coordination across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain PopBrain’s social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
• Upload, schedule, and publish posts, reels, shorts, and videos
• Plan, maintain, and execute a content calendar
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect approved content for posting
• Handle basic boosting and engagement activities when required
• Distribute content across platforms such as Quora, Pinterest, news websites, blogs, and other relevant channels
• Repurpose existing content and publish it across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across all social channels

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content posting workflows
• Familiarity with Instagram reels, YouTube uploads, LinkedIn posts, and X (Twitter) updates
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and follow a structured posting schedule
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in execution
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
• Degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field is preferred
