About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team during an exciting phase of the company’s rebranding. In this leadership role, you will manage the entire transition process, overseeing the development of a new website, logo, and various marketing materials. You will also be responsible for managing the company’s communication across all channels, including email, social media, India Mart, and printed materials. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities: Branding Support: Lead the rebranding process, including the development of a new website, logo, and marketing materials (brochures, offers, business cards). Digital Communication Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters, and manage the company’s social media platforms and India Mart presence. Strategy Development & Execution: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals. Exhibition Stand Management: Lead the design and execution of the company’s exhibition stand at industry events. Marketing Metrics Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on marketing data to evaluate the success of campaigns and refine strategies for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (at least 3 years) in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management tools, and email marketing. Solid knowledge of graphic design and branding processes. Ability to analyze marketing data and generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and project management skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar. Role Summary E&S Food Technologies is seeking a Sales Manager with deep knowledge of the food processing industry , especially in pasta production , spiral freezers , and bulk handling systems . This role focuses on driving sales in India by promoting tailored machinery solutions to food manufacturers in the pasta and frozen food sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales opportunities in pasta processing lines, freezing systems, and material handling equipment. Identify and engage decision-makers at medium to large food production companies (e.g., pasta plants, frozen meal producers, central kitchens). Understand client production processes and propose customized technical solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and plant visits to technical discussions, proposal submission, and project closure. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs. Maintain a consistent schedule of customer visits across India to build trust and uncover new opportunities. Monitor competitor activity and customer trends in the pasta and frozen food segments. Requirements Experience : Minimum 3–5 years in capital equipment sales for the food industry, ideally with exposure to pasta processing , freezing , or bulk handling systems . Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of food manufacturing environments, especially pasta, ready meals, or frozen foods. Skills : Excellent communication, technical understanding, consultative selling, and client management. Other : Ability and willingness to travel extensively across India.
