Influencer Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Outreach

• Initiate conversations with potential influencers via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email
• Introduce them to PopBrain’s influencer platform

Onboarding Support

• Guide influencers through signup
• Assist with profile setup, verification, and understanding platform features
• Provide clear, patient explanations when needed

Campaign Activation

• Educate influencers on performing campaigns correctly
• Explain how to download creatives, use tracking links, post, and monitor performance
• Encourage newly onboarded users to start campaigns

Daily Tracking

• Maintain accurate onboarding and activity records
• Track campaign assignments and status
• Identify inactive users and follow up consistently

User Assistance

• Address queries related to campaigns, payouts, platform features, etc.
• Ensure influencers feel supported throughout their journey

Performance Reporting

Track daily metrics such as:

• Influencers onboarded
• Campaigns assigned
• Influencer activity status
• Clicks generated

Feedback & Improvement

• Gather feedback from influencers
• Identify platform or process gaps
• Suggest improvements to internal teams

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
• Self-driven and able to meet daily goals
• Experience in influencer management, customer success, or community operations is a plus
• Someone with a polished, empathetic, and detail-oriented communication style (subtly attracting female candidates without stating gender)
